Ophelia's Mom: Women Speak Out About Loving and Letting Go of Their Adolescent Daughters, by Nina Shandler, is sort of a response to her daughter's book, Ophelia Speaks, which is sort of a response to Mary Pipher's book, Reviving Ophelia.

But anyway, it is interesting to read about the different experiences these moms of adolescent daughters went through. Fortunately, I was a perfect little girl ^_^ and my mom never had to deal with much teen angst.
